There's no laughing in football!!!!

"I take this s**** serious". This a quote from Derek Anderson after Monday night football while being accused of laughing as his team was losing in the 4th quarter by 18 points. Is this really a fair thing? You're not even allowed to have a conversation on the sideline without being probed? I understand Anderson could have handled it better. But this felt like once the reporter saw he got under Anderson's skin he kept fueling the fire just to get a quote. In the end should the media get screened? Why don't players get a 1 or 2 hour cool down period(to calm down from the game, and think clearly)? Never, because there would be nothing to write this blog about.

In case you haven't seen it. Here is the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jErsW7rgHBs&feature=youtube_gdata_player

  1. Just because some one has a good attutide or sense of humor does not mean they are not just as intense as the next person. It just means they are handling it better. I know. I take things very serious but have been accused of not caring just because I wasn't freaking out like everyone else. Some people can care and still have a healthy attitude.
