Chad Thigpen?

This past Sunday Tony Sporano sat his 2nd round draft pick from 2008 Chad Henne, and put in Chad Pennington, his second string QB that had been out the season before because of a shoulder injury. Two plays into the offense's first drive Chad Pennington went to the sidelines holding his arm. In came Chad Henne, who was not having a stellar game. Near the end of the 3rd quarter Henne had to be helped to the sideline because of a knee injury. The Dolphins ended up winning with Tyler Thigpen behind center. A few days after that game Pennington got put on IR, which may be the end of his career with his contract ending at the end of this season, and Chad Henne possibly only being out a few weeks. Tyler Thigpen (with a record of 1-11 as a starter for the Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins), started his first game as a Dolphin and came up short. Now possibly being 3 games back behinde the N.Y. Jets and the New England Patriots, the dolphins are in the hands of Tyler Thigpen. We will have to wait and see if the Dolphins can stay in the race for the playoffs. But Dolphins fans have to be saying "if Trent Dilfer could do it".
